Studio estiloso Lifespace Curitiba, condomínio clube

Positive: The place was very good. Clean, comfortable and practical. Very close to what we needed and right in front of a shopping mall. The mini market is very convenient. The box of chocolate in the room was a nice touch. (unfortunately, they were all stale) All the reception staff was very friendly. Negative: The communication with the UROOMS (the company that manages the apartments on this building). At the time of my booking, I requested to extend by one night and I was told, "another two or nothing" so I purchase my flight tkt for the day of my check-out, then to my surprise, on the morning of the check-out, they messaged me offering an extension of the stay, I was disappointed and annoyed by it. The communication before check in was very bad. There are loads of comments complaining about the difficulties to check in, so I have messaged them many times beforehand, as I had a very tight schedule and could not afford to take too much time to check in. Apart from one girl who was understanding, the people responding to the messages are very difficult to deal with with and keep repeating the same thing. It was a very stressful process and I had to keep searching for airport and airplane WiFi connections in order to get prior approval to entry the place, despite explaining numerous times that I was in transit and with no access to the internet. If my booking was not pre-paid, the communication alone would have been enough to make me cancel the stay. The place is good and worth the stay, but my advice would be to find an apartment on the same building but managed by a different provider
